Uncle Ben's has a lot of products on the market today. I like these pouches because all you do is microwave and eat. They are good.

I like this product. very convenient and easy to prepare

I am a student and during lunch hours I don't have that much time for lunch let alone make it the night before. These are quick to make and taste very very good. They are also a very good price.

I tried the Garlic flavour of this, as well as a new Quinoa mix.
It's insane!!! First of all, the texture is like perfectly cooked rice...every time.
Second, it cooks in 90 seconds! Seriously blown away!
Flavour is good, texture is great and they have some healthy options as well. Winner!

My kids will eat it !!!!! New family fav.

I've never been great at cooking rice. Now I don't have to be! I was a bit skeptical about trying it because some packaged products have an odd taste about them. This is definitely not the case for Uncle Ben's Bistro Express rice. I have tasted the jasmine and basmati rice and both are delicious. I just heated it up in a frying pan with a little water and the grains were just the right consistency. My only complaint is that there could be a little more in the package. It just is a little less than 2 portions, especially if you use them as a base for stir fry which is what I often do.

I chose the Wholegrain Medely-Vegetable Flavour just to try something different--boy I'm glad I did...this product had barley,lentils,long grain rice --the taste was a great pairing with some spicy ribs I'd made...I just wanted to have an interesting side dish but I fell in love with all the differnt textures and the flavour was pretty good. I'm going to see about trying other flavours they had for the new BBQ book I was given for Mother's Day...look out stomach,here comes pleasure! lol

So yummy! We buy these on a regular basis and eat several times
A week. Hubby takes it in his lunch and adds some
Chicken to it to Make a meal . Quick, simple and delicious!
