I was super excited to try out this eye balm as I am very dry around the eye area. I used the product for three days and then had to stop using it due to irritation/allergic reaction. My eyes became itchy, red and irritated. I'll give you a quick run down of how I felt about it for the time I used it. The balm has a gel texture and a little bit went a long way. It has a bit of a perfume scent but not strong enough to be offensive. I felt that it didn't absorb easily and sat around my eyes in a greasy feeling layer. This wasn't a problem at night but it wasn't ideal for daytime use as my makeup would slip right off! It did feel hydrating but I didn't notice that it did anything for my eye bags. It definitely did not help with puffiness as it irritated my eyes and made them red and even puffier. As soon as I stopped using the balm the itch and irritation went away so I am sure it is the culprit. I don't think this is a bad product, I just had a bad reaction to it!

The eye balm didn't have the best packaging. It felt like cheap plastic for the price compared to the other items in the line. I did like the pump top and you only need about 1 pump for both eyes. The formula was hydrating and didn't cause any issue with my skin however I didn't feel like this product made any difference to my under eye area. I have bags and dark circles and used this product for a month with no real changes. The scent was very refreshing and the formula did feel good under my eyes but I don't think I would repurchase this item. I would want a product that gives me more results especially for the price.

I was one of the lucky people chosen to test this product, I really love the feeling of the eye balm and feel that it really helps with the puffy eye's that I often have in the morning (as I have a little one at home and we all know how little sleep mom's can get at times)! It's light and refreshing!

Love this Vichy Eye balm use it twice a day puffiness and dark circles are gone!! Tried so many other creams/ balms nothing works. Great product gross bags are gone and skin feels lighter by eyes look brighter. A little bit of the balm goes such a long way, smells amazing and very easy to use. My skin absorbs the balm so fast. This is a must try!!

The Vichy Awakening Eye Balm is silky smooth and goes on like a dream. I like waking up in the morning to my eyes glowing and the redness under my eyes is gone. Even brings down the puffiness. This product is worth the value but is a bit on the pricey end. I will be purchasing this again to use as part of my regular face care routine.

REally liked this eye balm. I like the small pump bottle. Goes on very nicely and moisturizes well. Will definitely buy in the future. I little bit of this cream goes a long way

Ive been using this eye balm twice daily for a couple of weeks now, and aside from the hydration i do not see much difference in regards to my eyebags and how puffy my eyes are in the morning. In fact i feel like my eyes look even puffier after using it! however, it is very light and hydrating which is nice, and my makeup seems to sit will with it. So i would recommend this for those who have dehydrating skin, or are starting out with eyecream and just want to start keeping the area hydrated and creating a routine. but if you already have targeted concerns, i wont recommend this product.

I received this free as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club, it did hydrate my eyes but I have very stubborn dark circles. I found it made a slight difference with my dark circles, I have yet to find any product to get rid of my dark circles completely but this did make them less visible under concealer. I would purchase this as it is the only eye product that I have found that absorbs quickly and does make some of a difference. I would recommend it to a friend.

I was skeptical about this product. Its so thin and light I honestly didn't think it would do much but after days of using it ice found its actually super effective. My skins softer. Less puffy and I realm do see an over all difference. 100percent reccomend for sure.

Vichy Aqualia Thermal Awakening Eye Balm was the third component of the skin regime I have had the pleasure of trying and reviewing. I've never really tried an eye balm before, this is new for me.

I would have to say that this is the least favourite of the products I have tried by Vichy. I like the way it feels when I first put it on, but don't really find a positive difference in the appearance of bags or tiredness in my eyes.

I did find for the first week or two that my eyes felt heavy all the time, very tired feeling and that in the morning I would have more of a crustiness to my eyes, they felt mildly irritated. To deal with this I reduced the amount of balm I was using and moved it away from my eye some to accommodate for the discomfort. This worked well and I can use it without ill effect now.

I will continue to use it for the foreseeable future and continue to monitor whether there is an improvement in the appearance of my eyes. I hope to be able to return and add a more positive review of the Eye Balm as I have found the other Vichy Aqualia Thermal products to be excellent.
