Not for deep cleaning

I was happy to have been chosen by family rated to try the Vileda Pro mist mop for #Free.

At first I thought it would be similar to the swiffer mist mop which I have tried and did not like. Unlike the swiffer the Vileda lets you use your own products to use on the floor so you don't have to buy refills making it more economical.

However this type of mop is not to be used on floors are very dirty… I recommend using it not for a deep cleaning but for maintenance of the floors as it does not scrub well.

Better than the first Vileda...

First of all, I would like to say I have the older version of the Vileda. Had both versions out to evaluate the Pro Mist Max Spray. I also have the Swiffer sweeper. Love the washable pads this product has compared to it's competition (Swiffer), such a bonus. You control the washing area much more with this one, sprays a larger surface and shifts from side to side much better than any other mop of its kind so far. Not sure I enjoy the new foam grip, seems like the foam won't last too long. The mist/spray area is larger and sprays more, the control is easier than the predecessor and the flip surface is amazing. Cleans both sides of the pad. Not too keen on the Velcro not staying together while mopping. It opens up every so often and flipping it isin't too easy. Has a lot of pros, some cons as described, but overall a great product!!! I would and will recommend, for quick mopping and picking up messes are great. Bigger cleaning tasks, the pad gets dirty fast and seems to need a cleaning in between the job, bonus 2nd side to finish the job! It does streak a little. Not made for all surfaces, just smooth and easy clean surfaces.

My boys love this spray mop!

I am so happy that Family Rated sent me a free Vileda ProMist Max Spray Mop to test out and give my honest review. This mop features a mop pad that can be reused, a spray bottle that is attached to the mop for cleaning solutions, a rounded handle for better grip, and a trigger at the handle to dispense the cleaning solutions.

I appreciate the slim design of this mop; it takes up little space, the rounded handle makes it easy to hang when not in use, and instead of lugging around a big bucket of water and a mop, I have one lightweight product that I can easily carry around the house to do my cleaning. If the mop tips over there is no spill and added mess. I like that I can flip the head of the mop over and use the other side of the mop pad. This mop pad is thick and textured which is great for cleaning some stubborn areas. The fact that I can remove the mop pad easily, wash it and then reuse is a huge plus since its great for the environment(less waste) and great for my pocket(more savings). The spray bottle feature allows me to spray as much or as little solution on any area of my floor, all I have to do is squeeze the trigger on the handle of the mop. This mop is the perfect length; I don't need to bend over to clean as I have done with other mops. My 5 year old loves to use this mop, whenever he has an accident and spills any liquid he grabs the mop and cleans it up himself, gives him a sense of independence and he feels like he has accomplished something great.

Over all this is a good product for cleaning your floors. I would sweep the floors first before mopping. I recommend this product for easy cleaning, and anyone who has kids and need to do quick cleaning quite often for those many accidents. #FamilyRated #ViledaProMistMax #GotItFree

Great Concept!

With two young kids around I'm constantly sweeping and mopping up messes. Pulling out the mop and bucket isn't always ideal and using the other brand can be wasteful. When I heard about this mop from vileda I just had I try it!

I love how easy it is to use and that I can choose which cleaner I would like to use. The fact that the clothes are reusable makes me and my wallet happy. Performance wise, it gets the job done. No complaints from me! Definitely worth it for small to medium sized messes (and spaces).

Good little mop.

I like this mop for an every day quick clean up. It’s a bit flimsy and feels like the bottle portion may break at any time but overall it gets the job done and is smaller and lighter than a mop. For me that’s a plus as storage space is at a minimum! I’m not sure if this would be great for larger spaces or more heavy duty cleaning but for a quick swipe of the floor it works great.

Handy Mop

This mop really came in handy for me. It's easy to use and gets into those corners. It's got a long handle so getting under the kitchen table was easy as well as doing the stairs. It did a good job on my floors. I felt I had to clean them twice though but maybe that's just the clean freak that I am and it was a new product. I will try it again the next time and only clean once to see how clean it really was.

Love this MOP!

I really really liked this mop! its a great way to quickly clean up little messes that happen on a daily basis! its cool that is swivels all around.. and i really enjoy that you can use your products and water... and not have to specifically buy a cleaner for it! Glad i got to try it for free!! i am definitely a fan! I recommend it to everyone !

Ceci est un produit génial pour une maman de deux garçons. Il est efficace, rapide et la quantité d'eau et de nettoyant est réglé par l'utilisateur. Ceci nous permet un nettoyage adapté au dégât et un séchage rapide. Je le recommande à tous.

A good quick clean

This mop is good for a quick, everyday clean or to clean up a spill. It's easy to fill the reservoir with water, and then just pull the trigger a few times to spray the floor. I also really like that the mop head can be washed and reused. My only issue, and my issue with all mops is that it can't do a deep clean along edges or baseboards the way getting down on your hands and knees with a bucket of hot water does.

J'ai eu la chance d'essayer gratuitement la vadrouille Vileda ProMist MAX Spray grâce à Familyrated. C'est un produit que j'ai beaucoup aimé! C'est moi qui m'occupe du ménage dans notre appartement et j'aime que cette tâche soit faite efficacement et rapidement. La plupart du temps j'utlise une vadrouille classique avec un sceau et je trouve que cette technique est pénible. La tâche de nettoyer les planchers est vraiment facilitée avec ce nouvel outil. J'aime le fait que l'on ait peu de produit ménager à utiliser, et le bouton vaporisateur est très pratique pour utiliser la quantité souhaitée de produit sur le sol. La vadrouille nettoie parfaitement et j'adore le fait de pouvoir la passer à la laveuse, c'est très économique comparé aux vadrouilles jetables. C'est vraiment un produit que je vais intégrer à ma routine de ménage à partir de maintenant!
