Easy Grocery Order

I registered for an account on Voila and was able to start my order with ease. I was able to search for all the items from the search bar and was provided with several brands to choose from. I liked that sale items were clearly marked as well, so I could see how much the items were on sale for. Once completed, I was able to proceed with processing the order by choosing my preferred time for delivery; there were a lot of time options to select from. The website also had a list of items for me to consider adding to my order before checking out, which I thought was helpful, in case I forgot something I would normally buy together with another item. The checkout was easy, I entered my credit card information and my Scene was already linked from my profile set up.
The following day, I had to make a change on the order and I was able to complete the change on the website prior to the cut off time.
When it was time for delivery, the driver called before arriving to my house to make sure I was home to receive the order. I received everything all neatly packaged. The driver was polite and on time.

Great service

I was doubtful about delivery services like this one but voila is great . They got my order to me on time and nothing was missing. I enjoyed the freshness and the quantity was perfect

I did not receive this I’m

Listen, I did not receive it. This is the second time that Sobeys thing has been sent to me that I didn’t receive. I can’t review it but I guess this is the only way that I can tell you that I didn’t receive it so this is what I’m doing. I’m sorry it’s not my fault. Sometimes mail gets stolen. I live in a city with a lot of homeless.

Freshness and Fast

This is my first time to try Voila and I am impressed how fresh the produces are. The delivery guy was also prompt and did not leave my grocery outside the house. He made sure we would get it and on the right address. One item wasn't available but he communicated it with me and replaced it... I love how the produce were fresh as I was the one who picked it.

You can't put a price on convenience!

This was my first time using any sort of grocery delivery service, and I have to say - I'm impressed. The process was so simple and easy... my delivery came right one time, and all the items were fresh (especially produce)! I appreciate their "alternative" selection when an item is out of stock. Overall, I am really happy with this service, I for one hate going to the grocery store... so being able to have it delivered to your front door is soooo convenient!!

A convenient way to grocery shop

Thanks @voila.ca for the promo code - I used this as an opportunity to try out some new items from Safeway. The Voila ordering system on their website was very easy to use and with a lot of different food and product options available. It was easy to search and find the items I was looking for, and also easy to browse new items or items on promotion. I found restaurant brands that were new products to me, and snack brands that are tried and true. Once the order was placed, I was able to book a pick up time. The curb side pickup process was seamless as well. The signage into the parking lot was clear, and the pick up was quick. Overall, a very convenient option for those in a rush when grocery shopping or looking for a different way to get groceries.

Fresh produce and excellent customer service

The produce are so fresh and the customer service is excellent. Their delivery person will not leave your groceries at your door step thus they will hand it over to you. I’ve also got free item which is absolutely awesome. To more online shopping with voila!

Convenient but could improve

I liked the opportunity to try Voilà grocery delivery service. It was rather easy to make an account and order. Got it delivered the next day. Driver was extremely nice, handed my eggs separately making sure they were in perfect condition. All products were accurate and fresh. I didn't love product selection. For example no lunch meats that I like to order from the meat counter. Some of my favourite products were not available and had to get substitutes of some kind. Different brands, often more expensive. All in all, I liked the service and I'd use it occasionally in the future when I really don't have time to go to grocery store.
