Christmas Shopping Made Easy

I chose to use Voila just before the holidays, and I was able to get all of those little gift add-ons like favorite treats, coffees, and pet gifts all in one place. I placed my order, finishing my holiday shopping and was able to have it delivered to my vehicle efficiently and easily. In my region of Canada, Covid had started to flair up again. Being able to shop online and pick-up curbside gave me so much peace of mind.

I would definitely use this again, it made it much easier.

I loved using this, excellent service, very respectful, excellent quality, was making my shopping much easier as I usually grab more then I need, and tells me what the prices are. Will use again!

These guys were very quick in both the ordering and pick up portions of the service. Will (and have already) use this again. Very happy with the choices and the ease of website and ease of pickup

I would recommend this service for people with small children, weakened immune systems. I am a shift worker and i wouldnt avail of this service. The voila program is wonderful and great convenience plus vaule for your money

Useful

It is very nice to just have to pick your groceries up and not have to do all the shopping all of my items that were picked for me were way before the best before date and we’re all in all really good picks.

The person doing the fulfilling makes way too many mistakes with the orders. As well, half my order isn’t fulfilled. Why bother? it’s such crap service?!?

Finally, something made easier!

Using Voilà could not have been easier! So many things to like, less handling of bulky, heavy items, zero human contact, updates regarding unavailable items, simple platform, running total. I can only assume this app becomes more intuitive as it learns my habits. Thanks Sobeys for removing a chore from my to do list!

Great Experience with Viola and Sobeys

We had a great experience trying Viola.
The website was easy to navigate to find the products you need. I especially appreciated the list of common items to help remind me of what I needed.
There was plenty of pick up times available to find one convenient to us. I was happy to see that the pick up fee had a very affordable range depending on what time of day you are looking for. It was only a $2 fee for our time slot, well worth the convenience of not taking the kids into the store.
Pick up itself was easy, just drive to Sobeys, park in one of the designated spots and call/text a number and the employee was out quickly with the groceries. They were very polite and helped bag the groceries into our reusable bags.
I was happy to find that they had no problems finding everything I ordered and tht the quality of the meats and produce was just as good as if I had selected it myself!
Definitely a service I will be using again. Sobeys had done an excellent job of making grocery shopping easy.

I would probably use again

Decided to try Voila as I got a voucher discount code. It’s easy to sign up and the website is easy to navigate and find what’s on sale. I added items from all over including bakery, and frozen depts. I was able to get a pick up time on the same day as I ordered at a time that is convenient.
Received an email update that there were some items not in stock so was not charged for them.
Pick up was easy, just pull into designated voila spot and call the number. It took over 10mins of waiting to get my groceries, and I was the only one there. The order was correct, nothing missing. Some of the items were expiring sooner than I would have liked, like the bagels.

The price point was not right

I do like having the option to do pick up curb side especially in this environment where safety is paramount. So having the service available is a very very excellent option. I find Sobey’s price point not worth it compared to their competitors, and would prefer to take the majority of my business elsewhere. Not to mention there our compliments brand does not stack up to presidents choice or even great value through Real Canadian Superstore and Walmart.
