Amazing service!

Voila by Sobey’s is a wonderful service! I ordered my weekly groceries and it was super easy.
The website is well organized and it was easy to find all of the items I needed. The delivery was on time and everything was well packed. All of the items I ordered were also in stock! Overall a great service. I received a $25 discount code from ChickAdvisor.

Voila is a great service

I tried this service because I received a $25 discount but am really glad I did. The website is easy to use, easy to find items and offers many sale items. There was no delay in receiving your order either, I placed my order at 6pm and received the next day at 1:00pm . The products were good quality (I was worried produce might not be but it was even better than I would have gotten at the store) The driver contacted me 15 minutes prior to my scheduled drop off time, arrived exactly when he said he would, and was pleasant, wearing a mask and respected physical distancing. I will definitely use this service again.

The products were well packaged and groceries were kept cold. They also have a wide range of delivery times and love that there is early morning and late evening time slots. There was some issues needing improvement. There were many products that I tried to find that were not available on the website. There is some communication issues that need to be worked out so that clients are aware the delivery is on it way. I don't know if I would use this regularly as there a delivery fee.

Great service!

I liked the service offered. They came right on time, even a little earlier than scheduled which was perfect. All of my items were in stock and packaged perfectly, everything was fresh as well. The only thing I would like to see is more variety in Organic meats, fruits and vegetables but I believe that is based on each store. I would shop here again nonetheless.

First-time User

I was given a $25 voucher from Chick Advisor to use this service. This was the first time I've used a grocery delivery service and all-in-all it went rather smoothly. The order process was simple. I did have to try to select a few different delivery dates for a steak that I wanted but it kept coming up as unavailable - my suggestion here would be that they provide a reason why given it was available to choose in the grocery section.

The delivery fee was $7.99 which was reasonable for an order over $100 but would seem unreasonable if you had smaller order. I have nothing to compare it to though as Ive never used a delivery service before for groceries.

The driver called when he was 10 mins away to let me know, which was great. The food that came was fresh and the delivery person was so so nice. The only other suggestion is that I couldn't find a place to use my coupons - maybe I missed it or maybe this is just not available when you buy groceries online.

Other than these little things the service was great and Id use it again for large grocery orders.

My husband and I usually grocery shop every 3 days, we buy what we need for dinner that night and a few other small items. We usually spend $30-$50 at Metro each time. However we got to try Voila by Sobeys thanks to Chickadvisor, and it's a game changer. We have a toddler, and trips to the store can be difficult, but with Voila the whole process was so easy. The website is very easy to navigate, we were able to find everything we were looking for, including items on sale! They were delivered right on time, and the delivery people were so friendly and helpful. I would absolutely do this again, it's so worth it! A great experience

I got a discount to try this delivery service. The site was fairly easy to navigate. It would be helpful if they had recommendations through out the site. The checkout process was clean and simple. Great checkout design.

The grocery delivery was on time and might be the most pleasant delivery service I’ve had of any sort. I was even informed of the temperature the meat was chilled at.

Best service I received from a grocery delivery service!

I have received a discount code to try Voila by Sobeys. I have tried many grocery services offered in downtown Toronto and this one was surprisingly most pleasant one. I have put my ordered and the order was scheduled to be delivered next day, which was great. Everything I have selected was delivered, nothing was out of stock. I have ordered meat, fish, chicken and frozen burgers - everything came very cold and selected very nice. Same goes for my vegetables, it was perfect quality. I was happy with their selection. They do a temperature check for all the frozen stuff upon delivery which shows how hands on they are. They also called me when they were 5 mins away which also was great. Honestly I cant say enough great things.

I would use this grocery service again!

I very much enjoyed testing Volia by Sobeys. It was very easy to register and navigate through the website. Making my choices was easy too with sections for each part of the grocery store.
I like the fact my grocery order was picked from a warehouse and I'm notified while in the ordering stage if something isn't available. With traditional grocery services, you'll find items dropped from your order when delivered which is frustrating.
The delivery truck arrived on time and I even received a call 15 minutes prior to delivery from the driver to introduce and ask if this was my first experience. The driver was very courteous and friendly, delivering the groceries to my front step, in grocery bags. The driver wore gloves and a mask.

Definitely a service I'd recommend and use again!

Awsome grocery delivery service

I had the opportunity to try out the new Voila by Sobeys grocery delivery service through Chickadvisor and had a very pleasant experience. My groceries arrived in perfect shape and temperature, the driver called me to let me know their ETA, which was within the selected time frame, they also checked the temperature of my groceries before leaving them at the door. The driver was completely contact free and the invoice was emailed to me. The groceries were packed well and very fresh. They also had marked the grocery bags that need to be refrigerated with green handles which made it easier to unpack and put away based on priority. I had a very pleasant experience and compared to other companies I would use Voila again. The only thing that I would suggest they work on is making their website and the actual cart section a bit more user friendly and easier to read.
