Easy shopping, peace of mind

Contactless shopping is a huge relief when grocery shopping nowadays. For the most part, the experience was good. I did find the auto correct function when searching for items to be annoying. Lots of delivery windows to select within 1-2 days of ordering and it came promptly with a pleasant employee. I did find the prices however to be higher than other stores but I’ve always found that with Sobeys.

I liked the idea of having my groceries delivered to me. Helpful in these times and super convenient. @voila.ca has a wide range of grocery options to choose from.

A selection of @officialfarmboy & @welldotca products are available to order from @voila.ca, which I really liked.

I initially started my order via the website and then switched over to the @voila.ca app. The app works well. The site not so much. Super easy to use and a very straightforward checkout process.

Booking a delivery date and time was easy, very similar to other online platforms. A lot of options to choose from, again a very simple process.

I like the customer service aspect of the delivery. I received a call from the driver letting me know they were 15-20 mins away. Delivery driver was super awesome, friendly and advised me that they took a little extra time to get the bags out of the truck. He advised me they check the temp of the foods to ensure freshness. Pretty cool.

I was impressed with the ordering process, the staff and the quality of the meat 🥩 and vegetables 🍅 I ordered.

Overall the products were pricey and they do charge a $7.99 fee for delivery. Receiving a dicount from @chickadvisor was a huge incentive. What would make me use @voila again? The staff were impressive, the process was excellent and the quality of the food stood out.

Super convenient

This was my first time using Voila and it was quite enjoyable. At first, I thought the cost was a bit expensive but then, once I received my order, I realized that I'd received quite a lot for my money so I was very pleased.

There were lots of delivery windows but I didn't enjoy seeing food disappear when I was double checking my order! Luckily, you're able to edit your order so I just checked the site the next day and I was able to add back the missing items.

I'm used to Loblaws and it's going to be tough to get me to switch, especially as a PC Insiders member but this delivery was so smooth that it's definitely my second choice. I appreciated the call before delivery and the contactless delivery. I received a discount as part of a Product Review Club offer.

Impressed

I placed my order the day before, some items are very expensive.
But they did have a lot of great deals on especially in flash sale section. I wanted my groceries between 7am and 8am I received a phone call that my groceries were on there way. Truck pulled up, they guy had a mask on and gloves dropped all my bags at my front porch. Showed me the temperature of my cold food (very impressed) than explained the buy back bag program to me they recycle there own bags after Covid (very impressed) all my groceries were cold fresh (very impressed)
Down fall to this awesome service some prices are very expensive l, and there is a $7.99 delivery fee

Fresh produce

I was pleasantly surprised by the produce and meat selection. It was fresh and great quality. It was fast delivery and efficient. They shipped everything that I ordered.

There were no subsitutions -- awesome :)

I got my Voila.ca delivery today and I'm so pleased. I got everything I asked for with no substitutions. That tells me their inventory system must be on point. I haven't been able to find coconut water with coconut pieces in a while so I was thrilled they had it (and the shopper didn't get me the kind with no pulp by accident which made me strangely happy!) Got a beautiful beef roast, and when I saw there were triple fudge brownies, who was I to say no? 😂 Finally, the person who dropped off my delivery was prompt, quick, and really polite. Even though I generally like grocery shopping for myself, this went so well I will almost certainly try it again.

Voila Grocery Delivery

I’m a regular user of new grocery services... I would rather do many other things than Grocery shop With my son! Tried Voila a few days ago and was pleasantly surprised. I rarely have shopped at Sobeys because I find their pricing to be high but Voila has many items on sale and were similarly priced as my regular store. The website was very easy to use, no problems with navigation or freezing. The delivery went as planned, in fact, my delivery was within the 1st 5 minutes of my delivery window. My delivery driver was very polite and dressed with a Voila shirt, wore a mask and made sure he mentioned that he had checked the temperature of the frozen/refrigerated items. I found the delivery fee of $7.99 to be competitive.. it’s less than similar services. The quality of the meat and produce were of high quality and well packaged. Easy and good service

I ordered to Sobeys using Voilá. It was really easy and I could program my order. I ordered on Monday to receive on Sunday and the price was the same as I ordered. A women called me to confirm I was in my house and give me the instructions about my order and how would be the service. The order came in time and they leves the things in front of the door to keep the social distance. They explained me how was the temperature to preserve the food and the bags that need to go to the freeze. They also said to me about the bread bag. Everything was really good. They give me the bags because of the COVID period. The price is a little expansive compared to the others. They don’t accept coupon. I would buy again because the service was really good and it helps a person that need to buy heavy things and don’t have a car.

This service is amazing

Wow. I LOVED my experience with this service. The online order form was incredibly easy to use, and everything that I wanted was in stock. There were plenty of options for delivery windows, so I had no trouble picking one that suited my schedule. The fruits and vegetables that I ordered were all very fresh - I think they did a better job than I usually do when I go to the store! I loved that I was able to try out a few Farm Boy products, which are not yet available in a store in my area. The delivery person was SUPER friendly and arrived right on time. The delivery fee is higher than the typical "Click and Collect" fee at other stores, but once in a while I can see it being worth the convenience. Overall, I am so happy with this and will likely use Voila again in the future.

Easy to order, great service

Placing my order online was very easy. You just pick a time slot for delivery and start filling up your cart. There was a lot of selection, however, there weren’t a lot of fresh fruit and vegetable options. I don’t know if that had to do with my location or not. The checkout process was easy and smooth and I got an email confirmation right away. The day of my delivery I received a call from the driver letting me know that he was on his way. The driver was very courteous and polite. He was wearing a mask the entire time and left the items on my porch. He stepped back when I opened the door and greeted me. I really appreciate the safety precautions that were taken while delivering my items. The entire order was complete. The items that were meant to be frozen were still frozen and everything was in great condition including the eggs. At first I felt the $7.99 delivery fee was high, especially since I already live near a grocery store, but the service was amazing and it can really come in handy when you aren’t able for any reason to go get your own groceries. I would definitely recommend Voila and I hope they are able to add more fresh products online! Also, just a side note, I was able to get some Lysol wipes which I haven’t been able to find at my local stores for over 4 months!
