First time ever getting my groceries delivered!

Everything about this was easy peasy. If you can believe it, I’ve never gotten a grocery delivery. I feel like I’m one of the last people on the face of the earth to finally give this a go.

I was able to easily find all the staples we usually grab on our weekend shopping trip. The delivery was on time and everything was perfect! I picked the 7-8 am window on Saturday and they were here right on time at 7:30. They dropped my stuff on the porch as requested for safe and contactless delivery and I was so pleased with the super friendly driver too.

Why haven’t I done this sooner? Having those hours in the day back to do other things was wonderful. Looks like I’m hooked!

Excellent service

We used Voila by Sobeys for the first time this week and were very impressed with the service. The delivery was punctual, accurate and convenient. It was very easy to order online. There were a few items that I needed that were not available online but it wasn't a big problem. The benefit of not having to go into the grocery store with 2 toddlers in this current climate was so valuable. Our delivery driver was so friendly; my husband actually commented I should leave an online review for him since his service was so excellent. We would highly recommend this service for the convenience and efficiency.

Voila gives the customer a great opportunity to shop online. To create an account is super easy. Also the flyer online is just great and you can find anything you want. From the stuff on sale to the smallest thing in the store. It's great to have your food picked and delivered to your doorsteps in no time. Especially when we are trying to avoid going out whenever we can. Sobeys is a great store that takes such amazing care of the customers.

Simple, Easy Grocery Delivery Service to Your Door!!

With the recent launch of Voilà by Sobeys, an online grocery delivery service, I was anxious to give it a go and was extremely happy when I was selected by Chickadvisor for the campaign. I was given an e-voucher for $25 off my order of a $100 to try out this service. I find there are times with my busy schedule with work, family, and running errands that I don't always find the time to get to a store, so online shopping seems like the perfect alternative. Now, I recently got sick and wasn't able to get out to get the groceries so this worked out perfectly to have them delivered. The website was super easy to navigate and I absolutely love their store brand 'Compliments" products.  The prices weren't much more expensive than my regular supermarket Food Basics. You just have to know how to shop. With my discount, taxes, plus $7.99 delivery fee, it came up to just over $105 for all this stuff (40 items). I was even able to snag a free sample of a 1.75L carton of OJ!!! Woohoo!! Checkout was a breeze, input your personal info, select a delivery time, pay by debit/credit, and voilà you're done! Initially I had a problem getting a few fresh produce but throughout the day you were able to edit your order before a certain deadline and I was to snag them for delivery before the cut off.

The delivery itself was smooth sailing. I received a call during my window time from the driver that he'd be here in the next 5-10 minutes and he was. He was very courteous and friendly, and explained everything to me as it was my first time getting this type of delivery. He ensured me that everything that I ordered was placed into the bags and even had the bags marked so I knew which ones needed to be refrigerated pronto. Nothing was missing from my order and everything looked amazingly fresh and delicious! Thank you Voilà by Sobey's and Chickadvisor for introducing me this awesome service to me! I'll definitely be using this service again for my time crunched weeks!!!

My family and I order groceries online almost every week. we have ordered from the major chains and we were never fully satisfied. I came across the service from #VoilabySobeys. I more than thrilled to try it out. The website was very easy to navigate and add to my cart. it gave information right away if it was in stock or not by showing directly on the website delivery was booked within 48 hours. The delivery gut was a pleasure to deal with, very professional. Eyy yeah! I got the promotion of $ 25.00 coupon by Voila by Sobeys! My experience was very good! It’s Easy to use, easy to look for the products you are looking for...And is my first time EVER to do an online groceries shopping! And I love the idea to be delivered to my front door with an hour window for your very convinience time.

The delivery guy! Super nice!! Well spoken! And took the time to explain to me about the temperature of my frozen items. I will continue using Sobeys for my groceries shopping, So good and help me and times I just want to stay home resting after a day long of work, definitely I can stay home Doing my online order and just wait for then to arrive.....

Great Service

I tried Voila by Sobeys with a $25 voucher on a $100 purchase through Chick Advisor. The website was easy to navigate and the food arrived as ordered. The cold food items arrived cold which was great and I received all items I had ordered. Some items were a bit more expensive than what I usually pay, but you get what you pay for and in this case it is worth it.

So easy and fast

I was lucky to receive a discount as part of a Product Review Club offer for Voila by Sobeys deliveryservice, and it was a great experience. First off the ordering online was a breeze, menu was organized and categories were easy to find what you're looking for, and checkout was simple even a first time computer user could figure it out. Then the delivery, so good! I got some perishable items and it was bagged well and deliver d COLD like it just came from a fridge. That's what you want, food that is handled properly when being delivered to you! You're definitely paying for the convenience with Voila but the difference here is you can confidently know your food is selected with care and given care enroute to your home!

I enjoyed using Voila by Sobeys. I received a coupon code for $25 off a $100 purchase. I found the website to be pretty easy to use and nagivate around. I could easily find the products that were on sale and choose from different categories. The prices overall were pretty decent. (I found that Some items were abit overpriced compared to the stores I usually shop at). My order came on time and was fresh product and I would overall recommend that you try out this grocery service!

Easy, affordable, and quick

Voila by Sobeys is simple to use. The program offers great sale items and even carries Farmboy products. The delivery charge of $7.99 is very reasonable and comparable to other grocery delivery services. Unfortunately some staple items were unavailable, such as tomatoes and cucumbers. Delivery was great. The driver was on time, friendly, and professional. I received a call 15 mins before to let me know my order would be arriving soon. After receiving my order I was sent a thank you and welcome email. After reading the welcome email I came to learn that the warehouse uses robots to pick and pack orders. Due to this fact alone I will not use the service again, simply because I am not comfortable with supporting a company that employs technology to replace humans.
