Great experience.

I was incentivized to try Voilà. The ordering process was fairly simple, and once I figured out how to find exactly what I was looking for, found the process to be quite easy. One item was unavailable in my area at time of ordering, and the site let me know when picking a delivery spot. I appreciated being able to change this right away, instead of finding out at delivery! The delivery charge was minimal which was great! The slots available were next day starting at 5am-this would be really convenient for a lot of people! I received a phone call to tell me they were in the way. I was told which bags had frozen and fridge items. The young man who delivered was very nice. My items are all in great condition. Frozen is very frozen, produce is fresh! All in all, this was a great experience and I’d do it again!

Amazing service!!!

I was gifted a coupon to try the voila grocery delivery service! It was so easy to shop through the app, and the delivery was too notch! They called to confirm I was home, and then explained how the control the temperature during delivery and the checks they do on my groceries! Everything arrived in great conditions, and the produce was perfect! I will definitely be using them again, as sometimes, I just don't have time to even grocery shop, and they make it so easy to shop the sale items, so saving money that way!!

Convenient but items not very fresh

It’s definitely convenient but the product selection was a bit annoying. Basil did not look fresh. On speaking to customer service they’re refunded 1.82$. The bananas are as green as Shrek. Definitely cannot be eaten until next week. The dragon fruits were awesome though! Would order if in a pinch!

Best Grocery Delivery Service

I was chosen by Butterly to try Viola. I have tried many grocery delivery services and this is by far the best. They pick and pack your groceries with the most care. All my produce was fresh and arrived without any damage. They packed all my frozen foods together and kept the fragile items in another bag. The groceries arrive in a freezer truck and they made sure all my frozen items were still at the optimal temperature before unloading them. The driver called before leaving the store to confirm I was home for delivery. All my items were brought right to me as well. Seems silly to say but I have had other services drop my groceries at end of my walkway on the sidewalk and just drive away. All those extra steps really makes a difference. If you do pay for delivery it is by far the cheapest as well.
Happy we finally have a grocery delivery company that cares and has properly trained staff. Hope they will become the delivery service for all grocery stores.
My only complaints are I couldn't find all the flyer deals on Viola site, and when items are sold out you don't know till check out and it is a hassle to go back remove and find a new item.

Excellent, would 100% use again

I was originally skeptical, as I had used other grocery delivery services in the past and they were pretty hit or miss. Not
Voila! I decided to do the truest test I could think of, so I added some berries into the order. Generally I find the order picker just grabs whatever and the produce quality is pretty poor with other grocery delivery companies. But with Voila, I had the best berries ever from a grocery provider. They also have a delivery pass option that gives you one month of free deliveries, and afterwards you just pay a small fee to get free delivery on all your orders in that month. Delivery looks to be between $4.99-7.99, depending on the time/day of the week.

Setting up delivery was pretty easy. Although if you want a Friday delivery spot, you do seem to need to book it early. I shopped for my order late on an Thursday afternoon and the first available slot was Saturday at 10:00am. I ended up selecting a 3:00-4:00pm slot, and the delivery driver ended up arriving at 3:52pm. The driver did call me about 10-15 mins before their arrival just to let me know they were close. Once the driver arrived, he was kind enough to give a bit more information about the service, since he had noticed it was my first time ordering through them. The driver also temperature checked the frozen food to make sure it was still a safe temperature. And he mentioned the produce should always be super fresh, as they don't store in a store for your groceries, they pull directly from their warehouse so nothing has been sitting on a shelf for who knows how long.

All and all I was very impressed with Voila and I plan to use them again in the future. I am grateful to Butterly for giving me the option to review Voila.

Expensive and difficult.

Voila is expensive compared to other options. There was a bag fee with no option to use your own bags. I was offered free delivery but charged delivery. This was a paid review.

Great service

I loved everything about this service. Everything I wanted was in stock, delivery was quick and easy. The person delivering my order was kind and helpful. I will definitely use this service again!

Slow delivery

I was actually very disappointed in this service.
I found the food selection to be very limited and the delivery availability was 2-3 days away and not same day delivery! If I am ordering groceries to be delivered it is out of convenience and necessity and this was just not it.
I also did not like the layout for the website and it took forever to browse to make an order, this was just not for me unfortunately as I have used other delivery services that were same day and were much easier to navigate.
