Best delivery service I've tried in GTA

I had an excellent experience with Voila! Downloading the App and ordering was super simple. I was able to easily search for my items and save them in my cart for later purchase. When I ordered I picked a one-hour timeframe for delivery the next day. It arrived on time. The delivery guy was super helpful and explained the service well. He explained that certain bags that had green handles were the cold items to be put away first. He also mentioned that frozen items are kept on dry ice and the whole truck is refrigerated and temperature controls are done. He asked if at glance if everything looked ok, and it was more than great! Even freshness dates were far in the future. My mushrooms are still fresh a week later! I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Great

I received a $25 off Voila voucher from chick advisor in exchange for my honest review.
Voila is a grocery shopping delivery service for sobeys, freshco, farmboy and well.ca all in one place.
I like the voila app, it’s very easy to use and is organized according to different departments. The only thing I didn’t like was that, not all of the items ingredients and nutrition info are displayed, so that was really inconvenient for me because when I shop, those are the two details that I like to refer to when deciding which products to shop for.
I am a big air miles reward collector, so not being able to collect my air miles from Sobeys is disappointing. They need to add air miles to their system ASAP!!!
On a positive note, they have a policy where they guarantee fresh produce, or it’s free. They weren’t kidding about that, because when I got my greens, they were super fresh! Fresher than what you can get in the store!! And I am SUPER picky when it comes to picking my produce. So that’s a big plus and I love that!!!
I like how they are never late with my delivery, they are always on time or early.
I would definitely use their service again!

Favourite Delivery Service yet!

The delivery was an incredible experience all together. It was easy and fast to place the order. Day of the delivery they call ahead ask if its your first time and talk you through the process. When the arrive they tell you if anything may be missing or substituted and they perform temperature checks on items meant to be frozen or refrigerated which is such an amazing service add on and shows how much they care about your groceries. it is contactless which is also awesome! My only con would be that they used way to many bags, each item was in 1 bag which is a little excessive.

Amazing value and Amazing Product!

I was so incredibly pleased with my order from Voila by Sobeys!
First, the website was incredibly easy to use. You could browse all sales, items by category, and best of all, there was an incredible amount of allergen friendly product such as vegan, gluten free and dairy free items. This was perfect for me and my family as we usually hunt down these products in numerous stores to no avail.
Another great feature was how you could add items from Farm Boy as well as Well.ca into your one single order.
Confirming a time slot was magic! I ordered and received by items within 48 hours!
The driver even texted me to tell me he was ten minutes away and he was absolutely right on time.
I’m so happy with this experience that the $7.99 delivery fee is 100% worth paying. Our family will keep ordering for sure!

Home Delivery

Until having received the offer to try on-line and home delivery I hadn't tried the service even during these uncertain times. It was very easy to access the grocery items I was looking to purchase all from the comfort of my home. I had many choices of delivery times and dates as well as an opportunity within a certain window to change my order. Even though it's summer and easier to get out and about I had a very pleasant experience and this service would be even more amazing in the colder months when you have to put more clothes on just to get out the front door. The delivery was right on time and was delivered by exceptionally polite personnel.

The Perfect Grocery Delivery!

I have tried so many grocery delivery services so I know a good one when I see it. I have used Voila by Sobeys 3 times now and the only word I can use is "perfect"! What I ordered, I received -- on time, in excellent condition, and brought right to my door by organized, friendly people who seem to love their jobs. Believe me, this is not the norm. Their delivery fee is also the lowest in town. I have recommended this service to friends and family and I don't do that lightly. Their computerized system means minimal handling, and these days that's a real bonus to consider. I won't be trying out any more grocery services -- I'm settling for perfection!

Grocery delivery by Voila

I ordered through Voila by Sobeys and was able to get my delivery the very next day. A lot of time slots available and good selection of products. Delivery was prompt - just after 12:10 for a 12 - 1 pm tim slot and the delivery person was friendly and efficient. Great service and I would order again.

#VoilabySobeys Review

I found the online grocery shopping experience at Voila to be a convenient and painless process, and would definitely recommend it.

When I was selecting groceries online, it was easy to find the items that I want using the the category menu and filter. Sale items are placed at the top of the list and items can be sorted by favorites, product names, or price.

The online checkout process was also quick and easy, and they allow Visa, MasterCard and American Express. They only process the charge after the delivery was completed.

I was hesitant to buy any fridge or freezer items as I didn't want them to get hot in the truck. However, I have since learned that the delivery trucks have climate controlled zones to keep cold temperatures cold - so I may be willing to try it next time.

A Welcome Change!

First off, having access to grocery delivery including Farm Boy products was amazing. We don’t yet have one nearby, but love the products. The delivery arrived a little earlier than expected, but it wasn’t a big problem as my husband was at home to receive the order.

The online ordering site is really easy to navigate and most of the products were in stock. (The last time I got instacart, half the items I had selected weren’t available).

Everything was in the order was organized and the refrigerated and frozen items were still chilled.

I’ve already recommended this service to a few friends, and I think the only thing that would make it better is giving people a referral code to give to others for their first purchases.!

Love this service!

I ordered my groceries this week from Sobeys #VoilabySobeys. I received everything I ordered, with no substitutions. There was lots of delivery timeslots to choose from.
I chose 6:am delivery, the truck arrived at 6:15. The delivery driver put all the bags at my front door, but told me that once Covid-19 restrictions are lifted they will actually carry the bags right into my kitchen! The truck has a refrigerated unit to keep things fresh - I had ice cream in my order and it was perfectly frozen still.
I received a discount to try the service as part of a Product Review Club offer and I will definitely be using #VoilabySobeys again.
