So good for brain fog

I got this free for a review, but it’s worked so well for me and perimenopause brain fog that I’ve gotten 3 more months of this along with creatine well.

I can only take it during the morning or else I’m too wired to sleep, but it’s been really good with giving me energy throughout the way without needing caffeine or another stimulate.

Daily Multivitamin that I need

I have used this multivitamin for a week and I can feel the difference on my body, it contains Vitamin D, folate, vitamin B6, Magnesium and Zinc that really help my body to help for immune, bone and mood support. What I love is this is a clean label and non GMO.

I've been taking Well Daily for a couple weeks now and it's genuinely become part of my routine, I look forward to taking it every morning.

I can't say I've noticed any dramatic shifts yet, but that tracks with what a foundational multi is supposed to do. It's not a quick fix, it's filling in the gaps (folate, B12, magnesium, K2, boron) in forms my body can actually absorb, so I think of it as more of a long game. I have noticed my energy feeling a bit more even through the afternoon, though I'll be curious to see how I feel a month or two in.

What I appreciate most is that it's not another "kitchen sink" multi with 25 ingredients at useless doses. It's five things, dosed properly, nothing filler.

Verdict so far: a keeper, and I'm planning to stick with it to see how I feel long term.
