This Spring Mix is quite on par with the name brand pre-packaged Spring Mixed Lettuce.

It is 100% Organic and comes in a plastic container equaling 283 grams of pre-washed ready to ea lettuce mix. The mix is made of baby lettuce, red & green romaine lettuce, green oak leaf, lollo rosa, red & green chard, mizuna, arugula, radicchio, & baby spinach.

I love it just by itself, throw in on a plate or in a bowl and add any other veggies you want. But on its own is perfect too. I eat it every day, it is so easy not to eat it every day and so chock full of vitamins and minerals and deep dark greens are so good for your digestive tract. Fiber too. I get 7 days out of the size container just by myself.

Tip: A great dressing is olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and seasoning salt. Try it.. just a cap full of oil, cider and a couple dashes of the salt and mix up.. Olive Oil is very good for healthy fat.
