I gave Whey protein 5 stars because as previously stated protein is invaluable to everyone! That having been said most of us do get enough protein in our daily diet. In order to use protein to stay strong and slim as opposed to just adding calories to the diet( unless your trying to gain weight and or size)...I would suggest mixing it with water- not juice or milk and using it to replace your first meal of the day ( a meal too many of us skip...) because this will speed up your metabolism. Also consider other ways or incorporating lean proteins into your diets like soy products and tofu (whey is a soy protein)

Protein is the hardest nutrient for our body to digest and it burns a lot of energy (calories) to get that done. Also with the help of a good supplement regimen you it can help to keep hair nails and skin longer stronger and healthier.

Finally nothing is going to tone itself no matter how many tubs of the stuff you drink so do your squats and leg lifts if you want to shape up!

I don’t diet but a while ago I re trained myself to eat less carbs (only dark high fiber crabs and fruit for the most part) and higher in protien sometimes for dinner ill have a lean cheese burger without the bun and a side of tofu lol with a spinach salad or something tofu for me doesn’t really count as meat so I use it as a starch lol but I make sure my body gets whole grains and fruit throughout the day.

When I’m leaning out for a shoot I simply walk a little more and a little faster do loads of crunches, pushups and squats at home...and divide my calorie intake into at least 5 meals a day. I actually eat more often sometimes as much as every hour up until about 4 pm where ill only have a high protein dinner…

REMBER the less you eat the longer it takes to lose weight (for the large majority of people)Because your body is scared of starving( when ever you feel your stomach grumbling you should give it something…ANYTHING, is better than nothing!) People who don’t eat regularly or enough put there bodies into starvation mode and either maintain there weight or gain! And foods that are high in carbs low in nutrients- (low in fiber high in sugars etc) are burnt so fast and offer no nutritional support its sabotage!
So yah…add Protein to your diet and start with some Whey at the beginning of every day!
