I'm hugely impressed by this! This is my second experience with a gel nail polish, I purchased one at a local pharmacy while waiting for this to arrive, that was more expensive, but this polish exceeded the store-bought in every way. Here are some things you should keep in mind before buying:

1. This is a gel nail polish, so you will need a nail lamp to 'cure' it or you will be unable to use it.

2. The two colours shown in the product picture are a range of the colors it goes through, this will not stay in the 'ombre' effect at all times, but will go through combinations of fades and sometimes be fully one colour or the other. This is because the colour changes depending on your body heat (like a mood ring) so if you are cold, it will be the 'cold' colour and if your finger temp is changing a lot you will get gradients and combinations.

Gel polish can be tricky to get right and after my disastrous experience with a name brand store bought polish, I was a bit concerned about this cheaper one. The name brand was very sticky, went dull when I used cleanser and peeled off that day, but this polish exceeded my expectations so much!

The only issue I've had with chipping was in a corner where I had accidentally painted a bit of my skin and instead of leaving it alone, decided to pick it and took off the corner of the nail polish with it (totally my fault, as with gel polish you can't paint onto your skin or this could happen). In the areas where I didn't mess with the polish it is a very hard shell and hasn't peeled or cracked at all, so I'm super impressed.

I bought the blue/purple colour and while I find the purple very dark and prefer the blue, I'm super happy with it. I love checking it throughout the day and seeing it change (it changes frequently) or checking the colour after I've washed my hands. My favourite is when the tips turn a different colour, which happens when my temperature is changing. Even with a top coat this still changes colour frequently.
