I love the quality of Nature's Path. This cereal was wholesome, delicious, and satisfying. The blueberry was yummy with the cereal and I love the addition of the flax for some nuttiness and some good Omega-3s. A good start to the morning!

This is a gluten free cereal. As the name says, it is simply corn. That's it. Tastes just like corn too! Has a nice crunch to it. The only downside, is the kernals get stuck in my teeth :(
