Not my favorite Chanel perfume.

Unpopular opinion, I know. Personally I think this perfume just doesn't suit me. I think however this is a good scent for some people, but to me it just smells like old lady. It's not for everyone. I don't think this scent lasts very long either.

I have never, ever liked Chanel No. 5. My mom used to always wear it and I always got a headache from it. It's just too floral in my opinion. It overpowers the sinuses. Not a fan, never will be.

I know a lot of people will say that they love this perfume and that this is the classic smell of Chanel, but I personally hate it and have met several people who don't like it either. It's a very powerful, almost soapy smell, that just isn't my cup of tea. Once the perfume "airs out" a little it becomes nicer, but I still would not wear it as the initial smell is just terrible to me. I find that Chance by Chanel is far superior to No. 5, but that's just my opinion.

I know people just love this scent but I personally can't stand it. I've even tried it on seeing if it mixes well with my body but I think it just got worse!

I have a few friends who love and wear it, but I find their husbands, and most other men, don't find this a favorite however.
