Egg noodles is a favorite in our household. Like the name says no yolks and theres no cholesterol, it's low in sodium and low fat. The noodles are really light and they just taste so good. You can dress them up with sauce or eat them on their own with butter. We tend to eat a meal with egg noodles at least once a week.
Love this product, best egg noodles there are. Whenever I have a recipe using egg noodles, these are the ONLY ones I buy. I love the extra broad ones - for a dried pasta, they taste very fresh.
A tasty cholesterol free egg white noodle that is so versatile. It's a nice addition to your pantry. I like to use them when I make "Beef Stroganoff" because they hold their shape and soak in lots of flavor. A keeper with my family.
