Hot water bottle hack

I love these wraps. I suffer from bad cramps during my time of the month and I need a hot water bottle some days to want to get out of bed. These are so good because they are discrete and give you the same effect as a hot water bottle without the bulk!

Pregnancy caused me to suffer from immense back pain and while pregnant, it is not recommended that medication is taken. I used to use these compresses on my lower back and it worked wonders. My muscles would be loosened and it would allow me to stretch. Even post partum, these compresses helped immensely. These are the only things I use now for my back!

This product has always provided my aches and pains with continual slow release heat. I was amazed at how long the heat lasted. As the neck and shoulder single use packaging claims, it does provide up to 16 hours of heat. The only down side to this product is it meant for one time use. The amount of packaging that is used, and waste that comes along with this product, is why I lowered the value of this particular product.

I love these things they help with my cramps during my menstrual cycle. I don’t think I could go a month without them. The heat seems to sooth the aching muscles relatively quickly soon after I put it on.

I have been suffering from joint pain in my knees for almost a year now. I was using topical applications but nothing was working. I picked up these heat wraps at Walmart thinking it was worth a try and I’m so happy I did! Even though they are for your back I wrapped it around my knee before I went to bed and it stayed heated all throughout the night. Just enough heat to not hurt but enough to get the job done! My knees felt so much better in the morning. I have been doing this for about two months now and they are truly a saving grace for my joint pain.
