My son suffers with eczema really bad around his mouth. And this seemed to clear the majority of it up. Along with with sudocreme. Only down fall would be the price

This body wash is gentle and moisturizing, totally helping her skin stay healthy and eczema free.
It has the same feel as the other spectro products. I love the dispenser bottle as well, it is pratical in the shower and bath.

This product is awesome when you combine it with the Moisturizing Cream. My 3 year old has eczema and if you use the cream alone, it's not as effective as if you use the body wash first, then apply the cream. Make sure that you rub it in the affected area for 30 seconds prior to wiping it off. You have to ensure the area is clean before putting on the cream. The best price I've seen is $6.99 on sale.
