I am actually drinking this tea right now! This is the tea that I drink in the evenings. I always have it on hand, because ever since I bought a sleep tracker, I noticed that when I drink caffeine later in the evening, most of my sleep is light sleep. This decaf tea is really helping with that.

I don't buy this all the time, just every now and then as I buy so many other teas. Green tea has health benefits and I like the taste.
