DH and I loved this place. The food was very good. I love the ability to pick what I want in my meal. The selection was great. The facility was clean and well maintained. Our server was attentive. It was a little expensive for the 4 of us but not too bad. We had a good time and enjoyed the meal. reviews I love fire and ice!!! it's definitely my favorite resturant, the decor is so fun and inviting, the seats are comfortable and the waiters are extremely nice...well atleast in the providence place mall one, ive only been to that one and i love it soo much everyone should go there! reviews This restaurant is great. I haven't been in a year or two, but I used to go all the time. The great thing about it is that not only is the food delicious but it's really healthy, too. The focus is on vegeatables and a protein (I would say 'meat' but you also have the option of poultry and fish/sea food). It's really great because you get to pick exactly what you want and you can put as many vegetables on your plate as you can fit. The decor was nice but I'd say it's more of a casual place. It's hard to find places that are healthy, let you pick what you want and taste good. On top of it all, it's incredible value. Definitely recommended. reviews I love this place! I discovered it basically because it is very close to my office years ago and I have been going back ever since. This is a Stir-Fry Restaurant where you can create your own Stir-Fry, or you can order a la carte. You choose either a combination, platter or single protein selection and then your server will give you a ticket and you proceed to grab a plate and fill it with your favourite ingredients including 3 different kinds of noodles, vegetables, spices etc. When you get to the end of the line of filling your plate with ingredients the guy at the end will ask you which sauce you would like (you get to choose from 8 or so) and if you are not sure they will recommend a few based on the protein selection you have chosen. You then get to go fill another plate with a variety of salads while you wait for your stir fry to be cooked and brought to you. To top it off you get ice cream or sorbet as dessert. For less than $20 you get a lot of food and it is sure to be tasty since it is YOU that is choosing the ingredients! YUMMY.
