One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I purchased a $450 market umbrella which snapped in half 8 days after I brought it home. When I went back to return it, I was told by the store's co-owner that they don't warrantee the product and that I was basically out of luck. Funny how this was not mentioned at the time of purchase, nor is it indicated anywhere on the receipt. No offer was made to contact the manufacturer on my behalf, no suggestions on repair services, no indication that the product could possibly have been faulty. This sort of lackluster, 'sux to be you', lazy customer service drives me crazy and is the reason people are abandoning independant retailers in favour of big box stores. Be forewarned: if you think you're paying top dollar for quality products and a safe purchasing environment, think again.
