I'm definitely not a pad person, I don't really like the bulkiness or the wetness I feel during that time. However, I found that these pads were slim and dry. Definitely a nice change from the older ones. The box design is a lot nicer to carry around in the stores and not quite as embarrassing. I'm sure I'll purchase this product in the future for my heavy days.

Soft and effectiveness. Love them!

I have been using Always pads my entire life and I have to say that these are the most comfortable pads to date. I do find that with a very heavy flow, they have a hard time keeping up absorbency wise. While comfort is very important to me, I don't want to have to worry about any accidents, and I found I did tend to worry a lot more using these new pads then my old Always pads.

It is not the amount of absorbency which is the issue, it is the rate at which the blood is absorbed. If you have a regular flow, these will no doubt be perfect for you (and I am jealous!) but if you have a heavier flow like me, you might want to stick to the tried and true Always pads.
