Ultra Thing AND Longer? Yes Please!

I am very happy with this product! I always wear tampons but overnight, especially on weekends when I know I might sleep in a little more than I usually do, I use the Always overnight ultra thin pads. But now they've made them 75% larger in the back which is super helpful! I can sleep not having to worry about leaking (as I would with a tampon + liner or other normal sized pads). I use size 5 - the largest size they have and it works perfectly. This covers the important, more leak-prone areas and then some!!

I highly recommend using these pads if you need more coverage overnight but don't want really thick pads (which I hate, they are so uncomfortable). I would usually have to use another liner behind a normal sized pad when I would go to bed because they just didn't provide enough coverage... but these are a game changer! Normalize longer pads! Highly recommend.

Amazing product

I wouldn't go out of the house without these. I have a very heavy period and nothing would protect me and I had constant "accidents" with other brands. Always ultra are beyond thin which makes them comfortable but the sheer amount of protection is incredible!
