These should not be advertised as 'over night' with 10 hour leak guard, or they should add a blurb saying to use towards the end of your cycle, at least in my opinion.
I have endometriosis and anyone else that suffers along with me knows the value of a quality pad. When I am at my absolute worst, I know not to wear anything thin, so I used these when it was normal, semi-heavy month. They leaked for 3 nights in a row for me, I even got up after a few hours sleep to check things out, to my disappointment 'bam' another mess. I don't recommend these to anyone that has a heavy period, or at least try them out towards the end of your cycle and see if they will meet your needs when flow is minimal.

These did not work for me! I bought them when my regular brand was sold out but they leaked during the night and the pad would not stay in place. Definitely will not use again.
