A decent cleanser

I was quite interested to see how Aveeno could combine a serum and a primer to be one product. after using it as both i do prefer it as a serum rather than a primer. i do prefer primer that target certain things like my pores, the serum absorbed fairly quickly into my skin although i did feel like i needed more as it felt a but drying after waiting for it to settle in to put on my moistuizor.

I got to try this Aveno primer and serum for free in exchange for my honest review.
I thought the packaging was super cute and eye catching. The surum/primer itself smells decent and not over baring. The texture is great and left my face looking amazing. No red spots, but my face did look shiny, nothing powered couldn't fix lol. Overall I would buy again.

Not so much

Although I like the idea of serum and primer in one, this product didn't impress me. Maybe it is because of my oily/combination skin type. I see not just glow, but also shine after applying the serum, which I don't like. I prefer matte look.

Adds a nice glow

This serum feels very nice on the skin, very moisturizing and really does add a nice glow without having any glitter in it. Not sure if it would work well on oily skin, but works great on dry/combination skin.

Great 4 a serum Not a primer

Hello everyone, I was lucky enough to be choosen for the Aveeno MaxGlow campaign to try& review this product Free. I really like alot of Aveeno products. This was a 50/50 for me. It works great as a serum before bed it absorbs well not scented. If U have oily skin I do not recommend using as a primer ur makeup will slide off ur face. Now if u have dry or mature skin this is a great product to try.

I like the fact that I have gotten used to using this peoduct as a primer before applying makeup. It makes everything else blend it smoothly.

After using this product for a while, I haven’t noticed visible difference in the appearance of bare skin but there is definitely improvement in skin texture and feel.

I am not a fan of the dispenser. It leaks every time I open, i end up with oily hands all the time- and a lot of products wasted.

I would definietly buy it again in future if they improve the dispenser.

Serum/primer

I liked this as a skincare serum but not as primer. It is hydrating and smells great but I found it didn't give my makeup additional "hold" throughout the day. The serum smells great and leaves my skin with long lasting moisturization and feeling supple. The packaging could be improved.

Great product but needs a different bottle!

So first let me start by saying I received this product from ChickAdvisor to test and review! I really liked what this product did for my skin but there are some issues with the packaging which makes using this product not so enjoyable. I was excited to try this because the idea of a serum and a primer in one bottle, in my opinion, should make things easier and more convenient!

I really enjoyed the actual product and its results. It left my skin glowing and smooth! I'm not sure if I would use it as an actual primer because with makeup applied overtop it felt a bit oily. But using it without makeup I actually liked the results. It left my skin feeling soft and glowing, even felt younger when I looked in the mirror!

Now the packaging design is this products biggest flaw. Because this product needs a good shake before using it, I ended up wasting a lot of product throughout the process. It makes it really messy to use, so most of the product ends up dripping off the sides onto the bottle and on my counter.

This product was overall great, however I would probably not buy again unless there is some changes in the bottle. Being in a rush most days, it would be easier if the product had a dropper or a way so the product does not spill after it is shaken.

- smell very refreshing (I avoid product which smells very "perfume-ly")
- add a shiny glow on face
Things to improve:
- can be more moisturizing (I have to put moisturizer before applying it)
- bottle include pumper to pump exactly the amount I need

Simply Amazing!!

Im someone with dry skin and when i got the Aveeno positively radiant Max Glow serum+ primer to try for free. I got excited. And as usual i wasnt disappointed by an Aveeno product. I really like it when i use it as a primer as my makeup goes on so smooth and my skin feels nice too!! I like how its easily available at most drugstores. I will definatly recommend to try out this product.
