Not for me

I recieved this product free of charge as part of a product testing opportunity through chick advisor. I've tried a lot of serums and a lot of primers but I had never even heard of a product that was supposed to do both. I'm used to applying my serum before my moisturizer and topping it off with a primer so using those product, which is supposed to go on after your moisturizer, was a bit odd for me. What really bothered my was the packaging. I found it difficult to dispense the right amount of product and because it's a liquid I ended up spilling it pretty often. It's also hard to get the cap back on before you've applied the product to your face since it's a screw top, which requires both hands. Writing these things down they seem like small problems but i think they just rubbed me the wrong way. Will not be purchasing this.

En general bon produit

Le produit a premier regard est trop huileux pour ma peau mixte .
Par contre a l’application il est quand meme bien,un peu trop luisant ,un peu trop gras pour les parties grasses de mon visage mais donne generalement un bon eclat!
La senteur est tout de fois vraiment agreable.
Bouteille pas tres pratique ,j’ai fait un degat en ouvrant la bouteille des la premiere ouverture.

Not for me

After applying the maxglow primer I liked it, but the way it is applied is not for me. It's just to messy
I feel if I had purchased this I would loose more from what's left on my hand then a cream primer.
I have a lot of primers in my makeup bag but this maxglow isnt one of them

I did enjoy the glow for sure. When it dries (dont be in a hurry) but it wasnt enough of a wow factor to purchase

AVEENO POSITIVELY RADIANT MAXGLOW SERUM & PRIMER

Love it! Feels good on the skin and is moisturizing. Does what it says- smoothes and leaves you a with glow. Aveeno really delivers with this one and the price is right. Would recommend and buy again.

I don't like this product

I really liked the cleanser in this line but this didn't measure up. I didn't like the texture and found it very light not a good moisturizer and not suitable as a primer. I wouldn't recommend #igotthisfreechickadvisor

Discontinued use

This product has a pleasant light aroma. I did not like the packaging because every time I opened it after shaking it would spill out. It was not fast-absorbing as the product claims and whenever I applied it, my face would be shiny with an "oily glow". After using it for a couple of days I started to break out. I have combination skin and I have been able to keep my skin acne free for a very long time with my daily skin care routine and the products I use so I definitely knew this product was the cause. Undecided on this one

I did like how my skin felt and looked after application of this serum + primer. The issue was the "sticky" feeling on my hands and face during application.

Not confident this product serves the intended purpose

The product is both a serum and a primer but I feel like it’s more of a toner then anything after face wash. The application went on kind of off - they say to use your hands to apply but I noticed you need a lot of product to cover your entire face. It doesn’t really feel like a good enough primer for makeup application so I have been using it as my last step after cleansing on days where I’m not wearing makeup. One thing I liked about it is that the smell is nice and refreshing!

This was advertised as a serum and primer. I would say it worked better as a serum compared to a primer. After shaking it and applying it to my face, it didn’t feel oily. But I didn’t like how my makeup set on top of it, my skin was dry after using this, didn’t work too well as a primer. But if I were to layer it, it would have been better. Light scent and easy to use bottle. I probably wouldn’t be buying this 2 in 1 Product as I feel like using a serum and a primer separately worked better on my skin.

Little bit oily

A great serum + primer, all together in one product. Great and fresh scent. But leaves the skin a little bit oily at the and of the day. The bottle size Is perfect. Thanks to ChickAdvisor for this opportunity to try this product for free.
