I really like the fact that this did not add any ashiness to my hair and because of that my hair didn't look straw-like, however I feel like the original Batiste Dry Shampoo is more effective in absorbing all the oils from my two day old hair than this product. I will probably have both in my drawer and use the one I see fitting for that day. But I was really impressed on how there was no streaks of white/grey seen in my hair with this product!

I was lucky enough to be one of the 800 to try Batiste Dry Shampoo. While I loved the way the product worked - not having to wash my hair every day while running out the door to work is amazing, the only downside I encountered was a very itchy head mid way to the rest of the way throughout the day because my hair wasn't used to a dry shampoo. I will continue to use the product, it's very convenient and the itch stops after a few uses.

I was skeptical at first, I'm pretty low maintenance when it comes to my hair and I wasn't sure if I wanted to add another product into my routine. Well, this is perfect for me! Refreshes your hair great on your shower "off days" and now that I'm starting to get grey hair around my temples, this keeps them from showing so much. It does spray on a bit dull and a little lighter brown then my hair, but once you work it into your roots a bit this isn't too much of a problem. Great product for busy moms like myself!

Batiste has great dry shampoo products and I would definitely recommend this. Since this is for "brunettes" I just wanted to warn you that there is color residue from this spray so beware when you use it that you can get it on your clothes. I try to use this right after I shower (dry hair) and just have a towel on that way I don't get it on my clothes. Thanks for letting me try this great product Chickadvisor! #gotitforfree

Batiste Beautiful Brunette has saved my hair from that awful white shade most dry shampoos leave on my hair. I was sent this product to test and At first i thought that it was going to smell awful since it was a bit different from the other ones since it has a little tint of colour but i can say i was pleasantly surprised when i tried it and the smell was just amazing not to strong as to make you feel dizzy and sick but just enough to trick my boyfriend in to thinking i washed my hair (he gave me a hug and asked if i bought new shampoo because my hair smelt great lol) now if people are saying it leaves a white residue they are most likely not using it right because the only times that i had any discoloration was when i put the can to close to my hair or if i put to much in one spot which its easy to avoid this just do your hair in sections rather then all at once the texture of my hair also felt good unless to much product is used it can get a little powdery feeling but again you can avoid this by sectioning your hair and slowly working the product in to your roots remember you can add more but you cant take it out
all in all this is a great product and i highly recommend to all brunettes :)

I was really impressed with how well this worked! It actually made my hair soft and manageable. The brunette colour avoided the white line and sprinkles that other dry shampoos sometimes leave. There was no residue this washed out well and covered up the oil that a lack of washing sometimes leaves!

I just tried this product today on my super, oily black hair. It immediately added volume and the grease was gone. I really like that there was no white residue left on my hair, which is usually left by most other dry shampoos. I am certain I can survive another day without using the spray again and without washing my hair. The scent from the spray is a little strong and unpleasant. Using this dry shampoo in-between washes is perfect for when I'm too busy to blow dry my hair. I would purchase again because I think this product is high quality and convenient for brunettes.

Batiste Dry Shampoo PLUS: Beautiful Brunette is surprisingly good, even on hair with tight curls. I was worried that because I'm not a brunette or that my hair isn't coloured at the moment or straightened that it wouldn't blend well into my naturally black hair; however, after massaging the product into my hair, the brown colour from the spray did not stand out as much as it did upon application. I eventually felt the product's soothing effect on my scalp and my hair felt refreshed for another day. If any sections of hair were missed, you will feel it if you don't wash your hair the next day and can simply apply more of the product to your hair to feel the effects again. I can't wait to try the product again when my hair is straightened so I can see how well it will blend when brushed through. I almost forgot to mention how light and nice the scent is. For someone who is sensitive to scents, I was very worried that it would be strong and stifling and that I would have to wash my hair immediately after using it, but the light scent surprised me as well. I found this dry shampoo definitely made my hair look less oily. It had the slightest white cast but that's probably because it was too light for my super dark hair. I hated the smell though. I wish more companies would make scentless products. This stuff smells dusty and perfume like to the point where I can't stand it. I gave it to a friend. I'll be trying cake beauty next. I have been using Batiste for years but given my dark hair it was a lot of work to absorb the powdery product when in a rush. When the Brunette came out a few years ago I was hesitant to try. I used this today on my in between wash days at work and came home and my hair was still less greasy and didn't look ratty (how my hair looks on in between days). Highly recommend especially for those dark dark brown haired beauties like me!
