Great for salads, Stir fries and and dressings

Becel oil blend has done it again! I had first tried this Avo Plus oil for baking some cookies and they turned out excellent for that purpose. I also had used this oil for my salad dressings and the taste was smooth and delicious. I added some lemon and other seasonings too the oil for the dressing and noticed the this oil did not take over at all. What I love about this oil it was a smoke point of 455 F so you can do a lot of high temperature cooking with this oil without it burning on you or affecting the taste.

The ingredients are simple. Canola Oil, Avocado Oil and Sunflower Oil. Thats it, thats all. No nasty preservatives or artificial anything. This oil also has a great source of Omega 3 polyunsaturates which is excellent for your body health. I will defiantly be buying more of this product in the future!

Great price as well. For 7.99$ a bottle for a 1L this lasts me quite a long time.

Healthy cooking

I enjoyed cooking and baking with this oil.I used it in salads as well since its low in fats and it taste okay.I also used it as an egg substitute in my bakings and my cakes and muffins comes out great.I love the convenience of the bottle,its so easy to use and doesnt burns fast and most importantly its has omega-3.

I liked it, but would not be again...

I received this product for free for review purposes. Although there was absolutely nothing wrong with this product (it tasted fine and worked fine when used for cooking), I'm not a fan of canola oils, specifically because most of them contain GMOs. It looks like Becel Avi Plus does as well, which, again, is something that just bothers me personally. For this reason, I wouldn't buy this again, but I do appreciate the fact that this product contains avocado oil, to up the health benefits.

Amazing product for cooking!

I received this product free to test from the FamilyRated Club. It's great. I've been using it in all of my cooking, and found it very easy to use. It tastes great, but my favourite part is the health benefits as well as low fat and calories compared to other oils. I would continue to purchase this product and love all Becel products!

Healthy option

I got this becel avo plus avocado oil for free with family rated. I love this new healthy option for cooking. I like that it has a light taste and can be used to replace my regular canola oil and has a source of omega 3

Amazing!

This oil combo makes our food taste amazing!! Since I received it, I have been using it non stop and dinner has been tasting extra good. I really like it. It is of thinner consistency than extra virgin olive oil which I personally think helps use less instead of more. Def a new staple in my kitchen.

Low fat & non greasy

I do not normally use oils when cooking, but now that I have tried Becel Avo plus, I am constantly using it with almost all of my cooking. It is non-fatty, non-greasy, and it tastes great.

Great cooking oil alternative!!!

I was so happy to have been selected to try out the Becel avo oil. I've been wanting to try avocado cooking oil for awhile but had never found the right one. I'm glad that I got to try this one. This product is a great and healthy alternative to cooking oil oppose to canola oil. There is lots of omega in the avo oil and it tastes great. I can highly recommend this product to anyone.

Cette nouvelle huile multifonctions de Becel m'a beaucoup plu. Je l'ai utilisé dans la conception de vinaigrettes pour mes salades, dans la poêle pour la cuisson, dans ma papillote de légumes pour le barbecue et ce fut un succès à chaque fois.

Doesn't Alter Food Taste

I absolutely love this oil! I used it to make a brownie mix from a box instead of the traditional vegetable oil. Well, at first I was a bit skeptical because I thought it would alter the flavour. But guess what? It didn't!

The oil itself is a little high on calories, however, what I'm more interested in was/is the fat/saturated fat, etc., content. This was reasonable as this oil is supposed to be healthier for you.

I've even used it to fry my burgers in and once again, it didn't alter the taste. This is great in my opinion!

Overall, this oil gets two thumbs up in my book!
