When I first purchased this product I liked it. However, after using daily it began drying out my normally oily skin. I found it wasn't cleaning my pores even if I exfoliated. All it left me with was tight, dry feeling skin.

This stuff works wonders for blackheads. It raises them to the surface and really detoxifies my skin so I can clean my pores. Love it!

I love this product. I have really sensitive skin and can't use a lot of cleansers meant to draw out blackheads, clear acne, etc. because the chemicals in the product are way to tough on my skin. This product is so gentle on my skin, leaves it feeling soft and I have noticed an improvement in my skin from regularly using it. I also recommend other products from this Biore line.

Love the smell, makes my skin feel fresh and clean without drying it out too much.

I bought this cleanser on a whim -- I had been hearing all of this charcoal hype, and I have been struggling for years with my cystic acne. I am forever buying the new "it" product for acne cleansing it seems. While I did like the price of the Biore Charcoal cleanser, and I really liked the sort of menthol tingle and squeaky clean feel of my face after -- I noticed no real change in my acne. It was a good every day cleanser, but no "miracle" product.

Great product, I like that it gets the dirt in the pores better than other cleansers, it smells nice, a nice foam to it. I use it with my sonic face brush and that helps to boost the product effectiveness. I do however wish it was a tad cheaper. All in All great product.

As far as charcoal cleansers, this one product is great. Charcoal infused products are actually good for your skin to get really deep down in those nasty pores. It's not something I would do on a daily basis, but once a week. Give it a couple minutes to sit on your skin, then rinse very well. I do avoid my eye area.

dont let the name scare you. the thought of Charcoal my face wasn't really a nice image but it really works and it works well .

under few days of using Biore, i started noticing my rather rough face feeling soft and smooth. it leaves my face normal for long unlike being wetty with other cleansers. it deeply cleanses such that a subsequent cleaning with another cleanser brings no dirt or oil. i will stick to it
