We have 5 dogs and 2 cats and this handles the tough carpet stains well. It's portable which is great for small spaces and the cleaning solutions are affordable as it only uses a small amount at a time.

It works for small stains and minor spills. Our handle broke so the water doesn't come down out of the hose properly anymore. I think we were scrubbing to hard with it. It's a good portable buy, can be used in cars and light enough that you can carry it from room to room if you have a few areas to clean. It does not compare to an upright carpet cleaner, but it does help keep the little messes caused by kids in check.

Wow am I happy I purchased this or what? I have 3 pets and their hair is constantly getting all over all my furniture. This handy little carpet cleaner works at shampooing the carpet as well as the couches, it leaves them looking good as new. It's really easy to use as well, you can carry it around the house(if there is a plug nearby). It's a wonderful purchase and definitely worth the buy.
