Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar is a great product. I love that it is organic, raw, and unfiltered. I have many uses for this vinegar; salad dressing, cooking of any kind, natural cleaning product, and cleansing hair rinses. I have been using Bragg Raw Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar(With the Mother) because its benefits over the years are: Improved my Acid Reflux, Sinus Infections and Sore Throat. If you have Skin Problems, Nail Fungus,Candida, Asthma and Allergies. I take a tablespoon a day to keep my body Alkaline. I no longer have Joint Pain. If I have Sinus Pain Heat a towel in some of the Apple Cider Vinegar and apply to the area. Great in my homemade Salad Dressings with a little lemon and Herbamare!

I've been buying Bragg's for about 2 years now and drink a teaspoon in my large water jug daily. It helps with the digestion and really became something delicious. I love the vinegar taste and crave it. It's really the best brand I've found and I have tried about 4 other brands, all natural but they were not as 'sharp' as this or tastey. This is the absolute best apple cider out there nothing compares.Its raw and unfiltered and has so many uses beyond just making delicious meals.I have had the worst cold for over a month now nothing could get rid of it until I made some homemade cough syrup out of this within a few days I feel so much better.It also great mixed with water to gargle with if you have a sore throat.It makes a great hair rinse and great for acne just dab some on a cotton ball and rub on your blemishes.It good for a all natural household cleaner.Then of course mix this with oil and herbs and you've got a fantastic salad dressing.This is quite a bit more expensive then other apple cider vinegar's but its really a better quality apple cider vinegar and worth the extra coins!
