The flavor for me took a little time to develop. It was a bit strange and to be honest it tasted like nail polish (not that I would know or anything...) bit I did like it. If someone gave you this chocolate bar and tou were not aware of the flavours in it there would be a good chance that you may not like it. That being said I have only tried acai on one other occasion so I am not used to it. The almonds added a good texture. I did like how all the flavours blended together (as all the bars do)

I recieved this brookside chocolate tablet for free from chickadvsior to try out and test and i thought it was really good i thought the blueberries and almond were very rich and flavorful. One of my favourites I would say. I let my mom try a piece and she really liked it as well. She would definatly repurchase, the price is a little high but for someone who likes and only likes dark chocolate i would definately recommend this to them

What a great new chocolate tablet! The combination between crunchiness, the fruits flavours and the quality chocolate offers a special treat for any occasion. I really enjoyed this. It could be a little sweeter but maybe it's just me and my sweet tooth...

Oh my yummy!! These bars are awesome! I love the high quality chocolate and that its packed full of antioxidants - dark chocolate, almonds, blueberries, and acai flavour.. does it get much better than that?!

I received the Brookside Chocolate Tablet Bar in Blueberry Almond with Acai Flavour for free as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club.I found this an appealing and very unique flavour combination.This flavour was delicious and my son also enjoyed it. Out of all 3 flavours of Brookside Bars I received, this was our favorite! I would eat it again for sure. It had a nice smooth texture and sweet dark chocolate fruity flavour.

I am very picky when it comes to chocolate. I eat mostly high end more expensive chocolate (e.g. Purdy's). I was excited to try the Brookside chocolate bars. Thank you so much Chick Advisor for the product review opportunity!

At first I was concerned I would not like this bar because I do not like blueberries. I was wrong - this chocolate bar is so good! It is a perfect blend of dark chocolate, blueberries and almonds. The quality and taste of the dark chocolate is amazing. Mixed with the fruit... a real treat.

I was given this product to test as part of the Chick Advisor product review club. The packaging is beautiful and looks high quality. The pairing of blueberry with almond and acai flavour works well together and is both chewy and crispy.

I am a huge fan of brookside. They always have creative mixings which end in delicious flavours. I really enjoyed this bar. It was very tastey. The chocolate is really good quality. Nothing about this tastes cheap.

I was ecstatic to sample and review three free Brookside Chocolate Tablet bars as it was more of a treat than a job to do! My first impression was that it was going to be a premium tasting experience based on the packaging and the high quality look of the tablet bars. The dark chocolate bars themselves looked rich and decadent compared to regular milk chocolate bars that you normally see for sale. I really enjoyed the flavor and texture combinations of the Blueberry Almond with Acai. The chocolate bar's berry fruit flavor complimented the dark chocolate very well and I loved the crunch that the almonds provided. The only negative was that I found the dried blueberries to be a little too chewy and they would get stuck in my teeth. I would definitely purchase the Brookside Chocolate Tablet Bars again as a snack or as a treat to satisfy my sweet tooth. I wish that there was an option inbetween "You Betcha" I'd recommend this product and "Fugheddaboutit!" as the bar is good... however, just not to my own personal tastes. I shared the bars with friends and co-workers... some who loved it, and others who felt the same way I did about it. I am not usually into "fruity" tastes in my chocolate.... however I can say the fruit taste was not over powering and the texture was nice. I would buy the bar again for someone whom I knew was a chocolate and fruit lover... however for myself, I prefer caramel, nut or truffle!
