I had the opportunity to try this product courtesy of ChickAdvisor. I had my husband and two friends try three favours with me, and this was the favourite of one person. I am not typically a fan of cherry combined with chocolate so I didn't expect to enjoy it much, but this one had a lovely taste that was neither overpowering nor overly sweet. This bar has converted me to the cherry side - I would definitely indulge in it again!

I received 3 of the chocolate bars from chickadvisor. I like this one the both because its subtle and not super sweet compared the the mango one, so I can enjoy more pieces of this flavour.

I was given the opportunity to try three of the Brookside bars through the ChickAdvisor Review club. Out of the three this one was really good and came in second place for me. The cherry flavor was delicious and paired with the dark chocolate and pomegranate really gave this bar a gourmet taste. I will most likely be purchasing this again in the future. My favorite of the three was the Blueberry Acai, but this one was my husbands favorite. Thanks for giving me the chance to review.

In the past I tried the cranberry one (but not in bar). I would say that I love black chocolate for their proprieties.

I tried this one in the second place. I’m not a fan of pomegranate but I very like cherries. I would say that is this one the more tasty. The pomegranate flavour is not there so it tastes to me all cherry! The downside of this product is the taste is a little bit chemical. It was not my favorite product, but if you need sugar right away, this is the one you have to pick. The crunchy part is there to, so it adds a little bonus on the product.

The packaging is practical and very classy. It’s very handy that we could take the chocolate by square so we don’t have to eat too much!

I was satisfied of the product, but not enough to buy it again! Thank you Chick Advisor!

Brookside Chocolate Tablet Bar in Tart Cherry Crisp with Pomegranate Flavour;

I was excited about trying this one, because I like cherry filled chocolates esp. during Christmas time, so was curious how would taste within a solid chocolate bar!!

It works!!

The tartness of the cherries filled my taste buds, fruit flavour exploding in my mouth, that combined with chocolated evened out the two distinct flavours of slight sweetness / tart / and cocoa flavour.

Pomegranata was an added BONUS!!!! that changed up usual chocolate cherries.

It was good, actually BETTER than expected

Not a bad flavour combination. I liked the crispy parts. I could taste the combination of the cherry and the pomegranate flavours. Overall I found this chocolate bar to be a bit too sweet for my liking, but good if you just have a little taste.

Great quality of chocolate as always from Brookside. Unique combination, but the two fruit flavours are well matched.

Not many candy/chocolate companies can make a cherry flavour taste real, instead of tasting like children's medicine. Unfortunately, I wasn't a huge fan of this bar, but my brother was. He ansolutely loved this flavour. He said the cherries taste amazing, and so does the chocolate

I was given the chance to try this product for free from Chick Advisor! The dark chocolate is just scrumptious, paired with the tart cherry and pomegranate. To me, I felt the tart wasn't really coming through, it was all pomegranate, which works because pomegranates are delish! The crisp in the chocolate brings it all together, perfect amount,YUM! Of the 3 I tried this was my least favourite, but still tasty! Thanks Brookside and Chick Advisor!

First off, thank you ChickAdvisor for send this to me for free to try. The first thing that stood out about this bar was the ability to break it into different size squares. The best part of this chocolate bar is the texture. There is a bit of a crunch which provides a really nice mouth feel that dark chocolate usually lacks. I wouldn't really say I noticed the cherries in the chocolate bar, so I think that should just be taken out of the title. I would have liked this bar more if it wasn't flavoured but it was still really good, and not at all your typical dark chocolate bar.
