I recently got a free sample of Celestial Seasonings Sleepytime Tea and I have found that it really helps me fall asleep. It’s an herbal tea which contains chamomile, spearmint, lemongrass, berries and orange blossoms, and is naturally caffeine free. It tastes mild and lovely (similar to green tea) and I find that it really does help me fall asleep.
