My part time passion is cooking! Though I do love coming up with my own unique flavour combinations , club house takes the think work out for me when I am on a time crunch to feed my family. The spicy mesquite I mix to use for marinades, I have added it my pasta and meat dishes. I crush garlic and olive oil into a paste and add mesquite to it and use it as a rub for my pork roasts! It is delicious! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a new taste adventure!
