Great product, but way too pricey

I have nothing against the Dr. Dennis Gross Ferulic Acid & Retinol Brightening Solution. I used it for about a month after the Dr. Dennis Gross daily peels, and I did notice my skin was marginally brighter 30 days later. The reason I can't give it a high rating is simply due to the fact that there are so many amazing other retinol serums that do just as good a job for far less money. If you do want to try this out, I recommend buying one of the Sephora exclusive 14-day AHA daily peels that come with a small vial of it, it is the best bang for your buck!

I was so excited to try this stuff after reading so many great reviews. I purchased a travel size so I could try it before purchasing the full size as I have super sensitive skin and most things make me break out.
While it didn't make me break out, it did leave my skin quite red after applying it and to be honest I didn't see any positive differences in my skin after using the whole bottle.
I was very annoyed with the serum itself, it soaks into akin almost immediately so be the time I put some in my hands to spread on my face it was already soaked in. If I put some on my face before spreading it, again it would be gone almost immediately and I just found myself having to use muc more then I should have had too.
Overall I was very disappointed after high hopes and do not plan to purchase again.
