I have been using Essie polishes for about three years now and I continue to buy them because I like the colors they offer and how long it lasts on my nails without chipping. I can go up to a week and a half to two weeks without a single chip.

Now Essie isn't perfect at all, their lighter pink/nude shades are normally a hit or miss- as many are sheer and need multiple coats and are still not opaque yet. So if you are looking for an opaque color, try the deeper light colors.

The price range is pretty different depending on where you live... in Canada it's around $9-11 per bottle and it c can be as cheap as $8 if you find them on sale.

I love the colour selection that Essie carries. I find that the polish lasts longer with a clear top coat.

I love how wide the colour selection is, and the cute bottles are adorable. When I get to about half the bottle, the brush is too thin to be as effective and the formula dries a bit to be thicker. It also takes maybe 3 coats for some colours to be opaque, which is irritating. It does dry really quickly. I find that a top coat is necessary though, or else it'll look too thin and chip in a day, but that's true of many nail polishes.

Essie has many wonderful colours and their formula lasts a lot longer than many of the other salon brands I've tried. I've had a couple of days more use per manicure using Essie products than with many of their competition. I love their colours, they almost look edible. Great product.

Very great product. Tons of colors, dries fast, goes on easy, lasts long and doesnt chip as fast as others. Really enjoy it.

I LOVE Essie nail polish! The colours dry true to the wet colour and last a good while (if you use a decent topcoat). This is another polish that gets stripped when using dishsoap - but if you don't soak your hands in greasefighter the day OF putting it on, the next day tends to be alot better.

Only downside - shopper's prices it at 10$ and I find it rarely goes on sale for a Decent (below 5$) price.

Essie is my favourite brand of nail polish! Every time I go to the store I always find myself gravitating towards their products, even if another one initially caught my eye. I'll admit they're not exactly cheap, but most of the time I buy them when they go on sale so I feel better about the price, and at the end of the day they're great quality so I feel that they're worth spending a little extra. I love the shape of the brush and they have an amazing selection of colours that are always on trend. I decided to try out a couple of their nail treatments too and they've since become staples of mine. I love their base coat and my favourite polishes are 'Chinchilly', 'Ballet Slippers', 'Size Matters', 'Enuf is Enuf', and 'Shearling Darling'.

I have a new Spring Love! It's Essie's Mojito Madness! Love the pale shade and the gloss. Found it had really good staying power with little or no chipping after 5 days (using a top coat of course). Can't wait to try more shades!
