My hair has been dyed (bleached + Manic Panic) at least... 5 times in the past two years. My hair is as fried as an eggroll. One shampoo and conditioning of this? MY HAIR IS BABY SOFT. I didn't use a lot of conditioner nor do a deep cleanse (I didn't let it sit on my head for 20 mins). It was barely in my hair for 2mins while I showered and washed my body. I use this shampoo often as well as Pantene. I like this shampoo because it smells good even after styling it. It leave my hair feeling silky and smooth. WI feel like it h my damage hair. I also like how my hair is after I air dry it. The ends of my hair ever look dry.
