Great for when they are needed. After a long night out, on hot summer days, and before/after workouts when I need a boost. Blue is my favorite flavor.

I love Gatorade. I get dehydrated due to certain medical problems and I always have this in our fridge. I'm not into those weird, new flavors. I prefer the orange or the lemon lime flavors. I drink 1 and I feel so much better and not so sluggish.
