The freshness of mint, while wonderfully clean and invigorating, can overpower other flavors when they are combined. For this reason, the goal for our mint bar was to achieve the correct ratio of dark chocolate to refreshing peppermint.     This chocolate IS TASTY!! I like how it is organic and has good for you ingredients! However...the price is too high for me to purchase it at regular price. Therefore I only purchase this chocolate when it is on sale or on special occasions. I would much prefer to purchase Lindt 100g bars which are often $2.50 on sale. BUT don't get me wrong, this is def. worth a try and I am sure you will want more!
