I bought the 0% on sale over the weekend in a key lime flavour and was not impressed. I ate it alone with a few pieces of fruit and it barely had any flavour. There are other 0% yogurts out there with comparable sugars and more flavour. I will try in a smoothie to see if that tastes any better.

This is a nice and creamy yogurt that comes in super delicious flavors like Pineapple-Coconut-Banana, or Mango-Pineapple. I feel really good about buying this 100% Canadian product!

I love this yogurt. I buy the 0% fat ones and they only have 30 calories! I used to buy astro yogurt and those have much more calories, and as someone on a weight loss diet, I switched over to iogo. I thought maybe there was going to be a compromise on taste or something since usually fat-free yogurts don't taste as good as the full fat ones. Boy was I wrong! With so many flavours and varieties to choose from, I pick a different set of flavours each week! They are so creamy, fruity, and taste very yummy. My most favourite flavour is the date-fig one that tastes like some delicious dessert. Unfortunately I can not find that flavour in my local stores anymore :(
