Good in a pinch

Good tasting product, small size gives good portion control. A little sweet for my liking as I am a diabetic and need to control sugar intake. Price honestly varies between store to store. Satisfies that craving at mid day to carry you over until a solid meal

The IÖGO PROTEIN chocolate was delicious! I try to eat a high protein diet so I love that there is 10 grams of protein in each serving. This little snack helps me to plan my lunches at work and keeps me feeling full after dinner so I am less likely to grab junk food on a whim.

The only let down is that the sugar content is extremely high for a small container of yogurt. For anyone who is trying to eat a high protein diet, this would be a product they would stay far away from. Although, I really enjoyed the taste, the high sugar and high carbs would be the only reason that I wouldn't purchase it in the future.

I received this product for free in exchange for an honest review from Chick Advisor.

I had both my kiddos (5 and 7) try this as I'm not a big fan of yogurt, but they'd eat it for every meal if they could. We got the vanilla flavour. When I asked my 7 year old what she'd rate it out of 5, she said, "I know this is silly, but ONE HUNDRED!" Needless to say, they both gobbled it up and enjoyed the taste very much. As a Mom to two girls who are very small for their age, I love that it's packed with protein.

I believe the only downside to this product is the price, as even on sale ($2.99), it seems a little pricey for 4 small containers, especially with how quickly we go through yogurt in our house.

It was really hard finding this product. I live downtown Toronto so you'd think it would be easy, and I went to 2 chains and no luck. When I finally found the product they only had one flavour (black Cherry), and I wanted to try the lime one.

I'm actually pretty glad I got to try the cherry, it was really smooth and thicker than I expected. Flavour wasn't over powering (which I was worried it would be). I especially enjoy the protein aspect, as I take them to work for breakfast. Overall I liked it a lot and if I ever see the lime one I will certainly try that.

I selected the cherry flavour,I liked the texture and consistency. But I found the flavour to be a bit lacking for me, the cherry was not doing it for me. It just did not have the umph I was expecting on my palette. Other then that it was ok, I'm not writing this completely off as I intend to purchase other flavours and see how they compare.

I got the cherry flavour. It's smooth and has the right amount of sweetness. I love that it's full of protein and comes in single containers #gotitfree

I enjoyed the chocolate protein Greek yogurt very much, the thick texture was very nice and smooth. I did not love the chocolate flavour but would definitely by this product again but in a different flavour next time.

I enjoyed the vanilla iogo protein in the bag and it was easy to pour until it was half empty.. I tried squeezing it like a tube of toothpaste but that failed so I had to cut the spout off and pour the remaining yogurt into a different container.

I have such a love-hate relationship with Iogo. On the one hand, they have flavours like Key Lime Pie, Lemon Meringue Pie, Strawberry Shortcake and Chocolate pudding and other dessert flavours that are just unbelievably good. Some extra protein is great as well.

Now for the down sides. #1 the price is ludicrous and you rarely see these on sale and #2 why do they market this as some kind of healthy alternative with so much SUGAR in it - there's like a tablespoon of sugar in one little container. It's outrageous.

I tried the vanilla flavoured Iögo Proteine Greek Yogurt. This product not only tasted great but I loved that it contained so much protein and gave me a little more energy. This was great for a morning snack at work or as part of a quick breakfast in the morning on the days I was in a rush. I would definitely purchase this product in the future and recommend it to my friends.
