Excellent Quality Lip Oil

I bought the Ioni Tinted Lip Oil from the Dollar Tree for $1.96. It has a large applicator. It hydrates, plumps and softens lips. I like the sheer finish it provides when worn by itself. It is a great layering lip product too add to a matte product to add some shine. It is in the shade Sweet Honey, a pink red.
