For gluten free, it resembled the real wheat shortbread very much so - so much that even those without gluten sensitivities did not notice the difference. Prominent buttery sweet taste and crumbly texture that worked well for this type of cookie. It is too bad that this does not go on sale that often, as it was very delicious.
