Fairly good

This primer is the second best liquid primer I have purchased. It typically has an extremely moisturizing effect;l. However, it sometimes will dry my skin out and and produce flakes. I am unsure what determines the good response on my skin vs the bad.

I love this primer, it goes on very smoothly!
I put a very small amount on my shiny area and it leaves a silky matte finish.
It makes skin so soft, blur imperfections, and creates the perfect cavas for the foundation.
