Not typical starchy, tough, odd-textured gluten-free bread

Having seen positive results from those around me on a gluten-reduced diet, I welcome new gluten-free products to try with open arms (or in this case, open mouth!). I was delighted to learn that Little Northern Bakehouse Gluten Free Bread has a Cinnamon and Raisin variety, as it is one of my all-time favourite types of breads. When I brought the bread home, I quickly toasted two slices, spread on a little cream cheese and dove right in. Does it taste good? Do I like it? Long story short, I’ve added a new favourite option to my healthy snacking list. This stuff doesn’t taste like a typical starchy, tough, odd-textured gluten-free bread product.
