So we got the catacombs as a gift for my little girls birthday and she loved it for all of a week. She put it together herself and is 6 so it is not that hard to do. There were a few things she needed help with. There are stands built into the walls for the dolls to be placed so you are not holding every doll. I like this part a lot, because I play dolls with her and she gives me six characters to intact at one time. It also has many small accessory parts chairs tables couch and the floor turns over to reveal a pool. Unfortunately she is really only interested in the dolls not the catacombs. Kind of a waist of money for $200.00.
