Mrs. Dash seasoning is a fantastic product. My late Grandfather used them every day. I use them also. They are delicious sprinkled over grilled veggies or used as a dry rub on pork or chicken.

If you're trying to watch your sodium intake but still want your food to taste flavourful, then you need to try Mrs. Dash. At first I thought it wasn't going to be enough to please my taste buds, but it was delicious! I hardly missed the salt. I've put this on salads, pasta, potato salad, etc... I wish I could get a bulk bottle, but so far all I've seen are the little shaker bottles. They come in a variety of flavours to meet your cooking needs.

Love anything Mrs Dash!! All the flavour without the crap!! I use this to flavour all kinds of dishes as I do not like extra salt added to food that sometimes already has plenty to begin with!!
