Really does work!

I, along with my whole family have been using Now B-12 Liquid complex for a couple of years now. It is potent so follow instructions. I recently went to do some blood work and found out I was overdosing on this and my B-12 in my blood had sky rocketed which is not good. Now I follow the label closely. It tastes a bit like berries and is sweet. I wish it had less sugar but it's still my go to product.

This B-12 vitamin complex comes in a liquid form, which I find easier to digest. My bottle has a dropper, which makes dosage easy to measure and ingest. As for the product....I was always exhausted by mid-afternoon, especially on days that I worked out. I have noticed an NOTICABLE difference in my energy levels throughout the day in this past month of use (I began to feel this about 1-2 weeks of consistent use). My only negative comment on this is the horrible taste and smell (I do not know how to describe it....it has that pungant odor that many natural supplements have).
